Activated mineral powder plant

Full cycle
The activated mineral powder plant was put into operation in May 2026 in the Kulsary industrial zone. Mineral powder is an essential ingredient in asphalt mix production, and in-house production makes the company fully self-sufficient in materials.
The production line includes raw material feed hoppers, a drying drum, a grinding and separation unit with a dust extraction system, and finished product storage silos with shipment in big bags. The plant makes a high-quality product both for the company’s own projects and for third-party customers.
The key value of in-house production assets is full quality control at every stage of production and independence from suppliers, which guarantees that work is completed on schedule.

Production facility at Tengiz camp
A 2-ha land plot was acquired. In November 2019, the facility was put into operation with a dormitory and office for 100 people, a 400 m² garage hangar, and an asphalt plant.

Asphalt plants
In 2015, the company acquired a 60 t/h asphalt plant, followed in January 2016 by a modern 100 t/h plant. The result: a 1.7-fold increase in capacity, simultaneous production of different mix types, full compliance with GOST and international standards, and automated quality control.

RD 175 asphalt plant
Quick-install stationary plant. 2,200 kg mixer (2 × 37 kW), Ø2,200 mm drying drum (4 × 18.5 kW), 110 kW exhaust fan, baghouse filters and cyclones, and a load-cell weighing system. Installed electrical power: 455 kW. Energy-efficient and ready for major road projects.

Bitumen emulsion plant
Acquired in July 2024. Produces modern road materials for major road repairs. Full quality control and independence from suppliers.

Concrete batching plants
Two concrete batching plants with a combined output of 160 m³/h, located at the production facility at Building 66, Birlik, near the TV tower, Atyrau.

Mixer truck fleet
Concrete mixer trucks deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites, preserve the quality of the mix, and keep supply uninterrupted between production facilities and job sites.
Quarry
Sand and gravel quarry
Company-owned sand and gravel quarry right next to Kenbai railway station, with its own railway siding and reserves of 40 million m³. It ensures a steady supply of aggregates.
